Bradley Lambert

Founder & Group Managing Director

Bradley Lambert is the Founder and Group Managing Director of First Choice Nursing Group, one of the UK’s fastest-growing healthcare staffing and care solutions providers. With over a decade of experience in the health and social care sector, Bradley has built a reputation for creating safe, reliable and high-quality care services that genuinely put people first.

Having established First Choice Nursing as a trusted national provider, Bradley identified a growing need for more personalised, clinically robust and consistent care for individuals with complex needs — leading to the creation of First Choice Healthcare, a specialist service designed to bridge the gap between traditional homecare and clinical care delivery.

As a founder-led organisation, First Choice Healthcare benefits from the scale, infrastructure and quality assurance of the wider First Choice Group, while maintaining the personal, hands-on approach required for truly exceptional complex care. Bradley remains actively involved in the strategic direction and quality of the service, ensuring every package of care reflects the values on which the group was built: safety, dignity, consistency and compassion.

Violet Christie

Clinical Lead

Violet Christie is a highly experienced Registered Nurse and clinical leader with more than 30 years’ experience across acute hospitals, neurorehabilitation, residential services and complex care. Her career has included roles as Regional Clinical Development Nurse, Clinical Manager, Care Home Manager, Acting Matron and Nurse Consultant, giving her experience of frontline care, service leadership, regional clinical governance and organisational improvement.

Violet has direct experience supporting adults with acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities and neurological conditions, including Huntington’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy and stroke. She has supported people experiencing cognitive changes, distress or behaviours requiring skilled, consistent care, alongside individuals with complex physical needs, coexisting mental-health difficulties and interventions such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, bowel management and CPAP.

She also has experience of high-intensity, 24-hour community packages supporting people to move from long-term institutional care. Working with multidisciplinary teams, she combines clinical oversight, rehabilitation and positive risk management to improve independence, enable community participation and reduce the risk of placement breakdown or hospital readmission.

At First Choice Healthcare, Violet assesses complex referrals, develops personalised care and risk plans, identifies staff competencies and provides clinical oversight from mobilisation through ongoing review. She ensures care is safe, effective and compassionate while meeting regulatory and legislative requirements—particularly where discharge is difficult or existing homecare is at risk of breaking down.

Jennifer Fynn

Registered Manager

Jennifer Fynn is a highly experienced Complex Care Registered Manager with over 27 years’ experience delivering and leading specialist care services for adults and children with complex, clinical and long-term conditions. Her career spans domiciliary care, community-based complex care, mental health services and residential care, with a strong focus on safe, person-centred, clinically robust support in the community.

As Registered Manager, Jennifer is responsible for the delivery of large-scale complex care services, overseeing thousands of care hours each week — including clinical governance, safeguarding, quality assurance, risk management, care planning and full compliance with CQC requirements. She works closely with families, commissioners, healthcare professionals and external agencies to ensure continuity of care and positive outcomes.

Jennifer has a proven track record of service improvement within complex care environments and brings a calm, resilient and solution-focused leadership style, particularly within high-pressure clinical and safeguarding situations. She is passionate about developing skilled care teams, promoting clinical excellence, and ensuring individuals with complex needs can live safely and with dignity in their own homes.

Rachel Davy

Commercial Lead

Rachel Davy is an experienced senior healthcare professional with over 16 years’ experience across health and social care, with a strong background in complex care, operational leadership, service development and strategic growth.

At First Choice Healthcare, Rachel leads strategic growth and diversification, with a particular focus on developing the organisation’s presence within the complex care sector. Her role spans both operational and commercial development, supporting the business to build the infrastructure, workforce, partnerships and service models required to develop and deliver complex care services.

She works closely with the leadership, operational and clinical teams to identify opportunities for growth and translate these into sustainable, deliverable services — including the development and mobilisation of complex care packages, workforce planning and development, operational processes, quality and governance, and the development of new care pathways.

A key focus of Rachel’s work is ensuring that First Choice Healthcare’s expansion into complex care is supported by the right people, processes, partnerships and infrastructure, allowing the organisation to grow sustainably while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and person-centred care. She brings a commercially focused but operationally grounded approach, combining strategic thinking with practical experience of what is required to successfully develop, mobilise and deliver complex care services.

Greg Pounds

Business Development Manager

Greg Pounds is an experienced health and social care business development professional with more than ten years’ experience across complex care, neurological services, supported living and residential care. He has a strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with complex needs, their families, and the professionals responsible for commissioning and coordinating their care.

Throughout his career, Greg has developed trusted relationships with NHS trusts, Integrated Care Boards, local authorities, case managers, discharge teams and other healthcare professionals. His experience spans service development, referral generation and helping providers create responsive care solutions for people with brain injuries, neurological conditions, learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge.

At First Choice Healthcare, Greg is responsible for developing strategic partnerships and identifying opportunities where the organisation can provide safe, clinically led and sustainable care at home. He works closely with commissioners, professionals and FCH’s clinical and operational teams to understand each person’s needs, shape the right solution and support the effective mobilisation of new care packages.
